About the Role

We are seeking a high-impact social media leader responsible for driving GMV, profit, and

brand dominance through innovative social commerce strategies.

This role requires mastery in multi-million USD budget ownership, advanced performance

marketing, and a proven track record of scaling E-Commerceย revenue.

You will lead social as a profit center, not just a communication channel.

 

Requirements:

Experience

15 to 20+ years in Social / Digital Marketing, including leadership roles.

 

Education:

Bachelorโ€™s Degree in one of the following fields:

โ—‹ Marketing

โ—‹ Business Administration

โ—‹ Digital Media / Digital Marketing

โ—‹ eCommerce / Retail Management

โ—‹ Communications

โ—‹ Economics or related business fields

 

Preferred / Highly Advantageous

  • Masterโ€™s Degree (MBA or MSc) in:

โ—‹ Digital Marketing

โ—‹ Business Strategy

โ—‹ eCommerce / Marketing Analytics

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic & Commercial Leadership
  • Own and scale social-driven GMV to achieve aggressive profit goals
  • Develop a full-funnel social strategy across:

โ—‹ Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn

  • Lead expansion into new markets and categories
  • Develop and enforce profit-driven KPIs tied to CAC, ROAS, LTV, and margins

  1. Performance Marketing Ownership
  • Manage multi-million-dollar annual paid budgets efficiently
  • Build & optimize:
  1. Automated bidding strategies
  2. Retargeting + prospecting funnels
  • Dynamic Product Ads (DPA)
  • Run incrementality and attribution models to quantify true ROI

 

  1. Commerce Content & Creator Mastery
  • Build a scalable content engine:
  1. โ—‹ 300+ assets monthly
  2. โ—‹ 70%+ short-form shoppable videos
  • Architect creator and affiliate partnerships tied to revenue P&L
  • Drive platform innovation including Live Commerce & TikTok Shop

 

  1. Customer Lifecycle & Retention
  • Increase repeat purchase contribution
  • Leverage RFM segmentation for loyalty uplift
  • Integrate social commerce with CRM and personalization technologies

 

  1. Leadership, Governance & Risk
  • Lead multidisciplinary social, creative, and insights teams
  • Set up brand safety and crisis management SOP’s
  • Maintain compliance with advertising and consumer protection regulations
