Job Overview
Maelano is seeking an experienced and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing and social media strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in social media management, content strategy, brand positioning, audience growth, paid advertising, analytic, and digital campaign execution across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies.
Ø Manage and optimize company presence across major social media platforms.
Ø Plan, create, and oversee engaging content aligned with brand objectives.
Ø Execute and monitor paid social media campaigns to maximize ROI.
Ø Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.
Ø Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities.
Ø Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
Ø Drive audience growth, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Sciences, Advertising & Branding, or BBA (Marketing Major only).
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in social media marketing and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, branding, performance marketing, and analytic.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable results. Expected Skills
