Experience
15 to 20+ years in Social / Digital Marketing, including leadership roles.
Education:
Bachelorโs Degree in one of the following fields:

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic & Commercial Leadership
- Own and scale social-driven GMV to achieve aggressive profit goals
- Develop a full-funnel social strategy across:
โ Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn
- Lead expansion into new markets and categories
- Develop and enforce profit-driven KPIs tied to CAC, ROAS, LTV, and margins

- Performance Marketing Ownership
- Manage multi-million-dollar annual paid budgets efficiently
- Build & optimize:
- Automated bidding strategies
- Retargeting + prospecting funnels
- Dynamic Product Ads (DPA)
- Run incrementality and attribution models to quantify true ROI
- Commerce Content & Creator Mastery
- Build a scalable content engine:
- โ 300+ assets monthly
- โ 70%+ short-form shoppable videos
- Architect creator and affiliate partnerships tied to revenue P&L
- Drive platform innovation including Live Commerce & TikTok Shop
- Customer Lifecycle & Retention
- Increase repeat purchase contribution
- Leverage RFM segmentation for loyalty uplift
- Integrate social commerce with CRM and personalization technologies
- Leadership, Governance & Risk
- Lead multidisciplinary social, creative, and insights teams
- Set up brand safety and crisis management SOP’s
