We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Manager – Human Resources to lead our HR Department and support organizational growth through strategic human resource management.

Qualification & Experience
- MBA / MPA (Human Resources)
- 8–10 years of progressive HR management experience
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the healthcare or hospital sector
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
- Manage hiring processes, onboarding, and candidate verification.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, SHCC regulations, and HR policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Oversee performance management systems, KPI-based appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Supervise payroll, attendance, leave management, and HRIS operations.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Strategic planning and problem-solving skills
