🎯 Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage HR operations and employee service processes
✔ Coordinate payroll and compensation activities
✔ Handle employee benefits and statutory compliance
✔ Process Full & Final Settlements (FNF)
✔ Maintain HR documentation and HRMIS reporting
✔ Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, IT, and external vendors
✔ Support process improvement and operational excellence
✔ Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be an added advantage
