Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle, and offboarding
Oversee performance management, attendance, and payroll inputs
Ensure HR compliance, policies, and documentation
Handle employee relations and engagement initiatives
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategy

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, labor laws, HR operations, and compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office is preferred
