NEEP Energy is hiring an HR Manager to help build high-performing teams and shape the future of HR in Pakistan’s growing renewable energy industry.
Location: Gulberg, Lahore
Position: HR Manager
Salary: PKR 200,000–300,000 (based on experience)

– End-to-end Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle
– HR Operations & Performance Management
– Employee Relations & Labor Law Compliance
– Workforce Planning & Organizational Development
– Learning & Development Initiatives
– Payroll & Benefits Coordination
– HR Process Automation, HRIS & Power BI Reporting
– Strategic HR Partnership with Business Leaders
We’re Looking For:
– 3–5 years of HR experience in Design, MEP, EPC, IT, or Engineering organizations
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
– Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management & Employee Relations
– Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI & MS Office skills (Mandatory)
– ODOO ERP Payroll knowledge is a plus
– Excellent communication, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills
