Main Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Clinical aur non-clinical hiring manage karna
- Employee records, contracts, confirmations, transfers aur separations handle karna
- HR policies aur procedures implement karna
- Attendance, leave aur payroll coordination
- Employee queries resolve karna
- Performance appraisal system manage karna
- SOPs aur HR processes implement karna
- Accreditation aur audits (PMDC, PHC, ISO, etc.) support karna
- Healthcare regulations ki compliance ensure karna
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 3 years relevant HR experience
- Healthcare industry experience is mandatory
- Tertiary care hospital experience ko preference di jayegi
