Experience: Minimum 10 years in HR, with senior HR leadership exposure
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred

This role is ideal for experienced HR professionals with strong exposure to HR leadership, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, talent development, HR policies, performance management, employee relations, grievance handling, compliance, compensation, benefits, succession planning, and organizational development.
