Position: Head of Administration

Location:

• Abbot Road, Lahore (On-site)

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years in corporate administration or facility management.
• Retired Armed Forces professionals are highly encouraged to apply.

Preferred Candidate:

• Hands-on experience managing administration for large-scale organizations (1000+ employees) across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-scale facility maintenance and direct team management.
• Oversee HVAC monitoring.
• Ensure security and health & safety protocols, including surveillance and CCTV management.
• Supervise company transport fleet and nationwide logistics.
• Act as the primary liaison with government departments and build strong relationships.
