Deputy Manager – Sales Insights

📍 Location: Islamabad

Key Responsibilities

• Implement pricing structures and promotional campaigns across relevant systems.

• Register and manage items (Packs, SKUs, Chillers, Channels, Handlers) in secondary sales software.

• Communicate approved secondary promotions to Sales Managers for effective execution.

• Develop and maintain sales performance scorecards.

• Coordinate with Sales teams on secondary sales software training and resolve operational issues.

• Analyze distribution-wise and pack-wise wholesale contributions versus primary targets for GM Sales.

• Prepare secondary sales analysis reports for Monthly Review Meetings (MRM).

• Liaise with the secondary sales software team for system enhancements and updates.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to system rollouts.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Data Analytics.

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in FMCG (beverage industry preferred).

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in Power BI will be an added advantage.
