This role is designed for high performers. Candidates become eligible for basic salary + performance commissions upon successfully securing a minimum of $10,000 in closed project value within the first 30 days.

โข Identify high-value opportunities on Upwork in Managed IT, Customer Support, Shopify, E-commerce & Virtual Assistant services
โข Write personalized, high-conversion proposals that address client pain points and ROI
โข Maintain and optimize Upwork profiles for strong visibility and Top Rated performance
โข Handle client communication, negotiations & discovery call scheduling
โข Analyze competitor strategies and market pricing trends
โข Consistently work toward monthly acquisition targets
๐น What Weโre Looking For
โ 3+ years of proven Upwork bidding/business development experience
โ Track record of winning $2kโ$5k+ projects
โ Exceptional written English and persuasive communication
โ Understanding of Shopify, SaaS, Lead Generation & Managed IT services
โ Strong negotiation skills with a โcloserโ mindset
โ Ability to prioritize premium opportunities and avoid low-value projects
โ Availability during US business hours
