Hiring: Business Development Executive (Night Shift)

๐Ÿ“ Company: Authornate (PVT) Ltd

Authornate (PVT) Ltd is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our night shift team (6:00 PM โ€“ 2:30 AM).

Key Responsibilities:
Bidding on projects via Upwork and other freelancing platforms
Writing high-converting proposals and follow-ups
Managing email outreach and LinkedIn lead generation
Building strong client relationships and closing international deals
Maintaining project progress using CRM tools, Trello, and Slack

Requirements:
2โ€“3 years of experience in Upwork bidding, lead generation, and client communication
Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
Strong negotiation skills and a proactive mindset
Familiarity with CRM systems, automation tools, and collaboration platforms

๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary: Rs. 50,000 โ€“ 100,000/month (plus performance-based commissions and growth opportunities)
๐Ÿ•“ Shift Timing: 6:00 PM โ€“ 2:30 AM (Night Shift)
๐Ÿ“ Location: Islamabad (Accommodation provided)
