Simplify Networks is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join its team and support global service delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch field engineers across different locations worldwide
Coordinate service delivery activities and ensure jobs are completed on time
Keep partners and customers updated throughout the service process
Manage multiple accounts and coordinate activities across different time zones
Ensure service requests are properly completed and closed out
Requirements:
Experience in service delivery, dispatch, or IT operations coordination
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Comfortable coordinating across multiple time zones and accounts
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
