Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and Development:ย Create and improve mechanical systems, equipment, and tools, ensuring they meet customer needs and are safe, efficient, and durable.
- Project Management:ย Lead teams of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with other departments.
- Technical Documentation:ย Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as design specifications, test plans, and production procedures.
- Troubleshooting:ย Identify and resolve technical issues during the manufacturing process, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers.
- Research and Development:ย Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering to continuously develop skills and knowledge.
- Mentoring:ย Guide junior engineers and provide technical expertise to foster professional growth.
- Continuous Improvement:ย Lead initiatives to enhance product reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Compliance:ย Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Hands-on experience with the SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module.
