Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with proven leadership experience.
Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Create and improve mechanical systems, equipment, and tools, ensuring they meet customer needs and are safe, efficient, and durable.
- Project Management: Lead teams of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with other departments.
- Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as design specifications, test plans, and production procedures.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues during the manufacturing process, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers.
- Research and Development: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering to continuously develop skills and knowledge.
- Mentoring: Guide junior engineers and provide technical expertise to foster professional growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance product reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Hands-on experience with the SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module.
