Position: MANAGER PURCHASE
Key Responsibilities:
MANAGER PURCHASE
- Manage the local and imported procurement of yarn, fabric, dyes & chemicals, parts, accessories & general items.
- Be well aware of all the markets available in Pakistan or abroad for procurement of all relevant items.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with company needs and production goals.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to the best interest of the organization.
- Maintain good relations with all vendors and ensure cost electively & timely delivery of required products.
- Keep track of all requisitions and manage procurement of items within specified time limits.
- Manage workload of all team members in the most effective and efficient manner.
- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain record.
- Maintain data in ERP/software as per SOPs of the company.
- Analyze market trends to forecast needs.
- Collaborate with all departments for smooth functioning of the procurement process.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and procedures.

Education:
Master’s.
