We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially driven professional to join our Merchandising Team.

Requirements
* Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Fashion, Merchandising, or a relevant field
β’ 1β2 years of relevant experience in jewelry merchandising, buying, or category management, preferably in fashion retail.
β’ Strong knowledge of fashion and imitation jewelry, materials, plating, finishes, designs, and quality standards.
β’ Good understanding of assortment planning, sourcing, pricing, costing, and inventory management.
β’ Ability to manage product selection, purchase planning, supplier coordination, and timely product availability.
β’ Strong coordination skills to work effectively with vendors, supply chain, retail operations, marketing, and visual merchandising teams.
β’ Experience in supplier negotiations, sample approvals, purchase order management, and quality monitoring.
β’ Ability to monitor sales, margins, stock levels, sell-through, and category performance.
β’ Knowledge of jewelry trends, customer preferences, seasonal demand, festive collections, and competitor offerings.
β’ Ability to manage replenishment, identify slow-moving products, and recommend promotions or markdowns.
β’ Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and vendor-management skills.
β’ Excellent attention to detail with a quality-focused, commercial, and customer-driven mindset.
β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple suppliers, collections, and merchandising priorities effectively.
