Qualifications

Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems
- Maintain system security, data backup, and recovery
- Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure and office equipment
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
- Network and internet troubleshooting
- Hardware and software installation
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
