π Position: HR Manager
π Location: Head Office
π Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
β’ Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention
β’ Oversee performance management systems, appraisals, and employee development programs
β’ Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
β’ Handle employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures professionally
β’ Report HR metrics and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making
β
Requirements:
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β’ Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
β’ Good understanding of HR operations and labor laws
β’ Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
β’ Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
β’ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
β’ HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) will be an added advantage
π Qualifications & Experience:
β’ Masterβs Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
β’ 3β5 Years of relevant experience
