Diners is looking for an accomplished HR leader to lead the overall HR function across 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, aligning people strategy with business objectives and driving organizational excellence across a multi-location business.

• Lead HR strategy, policies, and organizational development.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, governance, and compliance.
• Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Lead performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll governance, and HR cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with labour and industrial laws and manage employee relations.
• Leverage HR analytics and partner with senior leadership to improve business performance.

• 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗛𝗥 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆.
• 𝟭𝟮–𝟭𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗛𝗥 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲.
• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• Experience managing large workforces and HR operations across multiple retail locations.
• Strong expertise in labour laws, HR governance, compensation, employee relations, and organizational transformation.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
