๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป:
Masterโs degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline. Professional HR certifications will be an advantage.

๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ:
Min 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in large-scale retail chains, FMCG, consumer electronics, or multi-location organizations.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
โช๏ธ Expertise in high-volume recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding.
โช๏ธ Experience managing HR operations of branch network across Punjab.
โช๏ธ Strong command of attendance management, employee relations, performance management, and HR documentation.
โช๏ธ Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS; SAP Business One or FlowHCM will be an advantage.
โช๏ธ Strong analytical, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
