IU School System is looking for a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team and lead key financial, taxation, reporting, budgeting, and compliance functions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Oversee financial & accounting operations
Manage taxation, tax returns & withholding tax compliance
Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts & financial plans
Ensure timely financial reporting & reconciliations
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants & regulatory authorities
Monitor statutory and regulatory compliance
Review financial transactions, invoices & payments
Strengthen internal controls and financial processes

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
5–6 years of relevant experience
Experience in education or service-sector organizations is preferred
CA Inter / ACCA / CMA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of Pakistan’s taxation & statutory framework
Proficiency in MS Excel & accounting/ERP systems
Strong analytical, organizational & communication skills
