We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager / Technical Lead to lead a software development team building complex multi-tier applications. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, team management, product engineering, cloud
architecture, and practical use of AI. You’ll stay technically hands-on โ reviewing complex pull requests, guiding developers through hard problems, making architectural calls, and personally building complex modules when needed.

โข Lead and manage the development team while staying technically hands-on
โข Review architecture, design, and code for critical components
โข Guide developers through difficult technical problems; implement complex modules directly when needed
โข Establish coding, architecture, testing, security, and development standards
โข Design and evolve multi-tier and microservices-based applications
โข Work with Azure/DevOps teams on architecture, deployment, monitoring, and reliability
โข Identify opportunities to use AI and automation within the product and internal business processes
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฒ’๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐น๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ:
โข Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
โข 10+ years of professional software development experience, including leading teams
โข Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, .NET
โข Experience designing microservices and RESTful APIs
โข Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, database design, LINQ, and performance tuning
โข Experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
โข Strong understanding of software architecture, SOLID principles, and clean/modular design
โข Good knowledge of Azure cloud architecture โ hosting, databases, networking, security, monitoring
โข Good understanding of CI/CD, source control, and release processes
โข Practical knowledge of AI tools and modern AI-assisted software development
โข Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, and AI APIs, with the ability to spot opportunities to incorporate AI into business processes
โข Ability to work with teams to design and implement AI-based features for analytics, automation, and data analysis
โข Experience mentoring engineers and working with product, QA, and DevOps teams
