𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
I. Manage and maintain the website store and product listings.
II. Upload products with descriptions, images, and pricing.
III. Manage online sales, orders, and payments.
IV. Handle customer inquiries and order follow-ups.
V. Monitor inventory and product availability.
VI. Manage promotions and improve online sales.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
I. Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
II. Understanding of e-commerce and online store operations.
III. Familiarity with website management and product listings.
IV. Basic knowledge of online order processing and payment management.
V. Understanding of inventory and customer management.
VI. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
VII. Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
VIII. Previous e-commerce projects or practical online selling experience are an advantage.
