🔹 Position: Category Executive – Personal Care
📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist Category Manager in end-to-end development of new SKUs (concept to launch)
✔ Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product development tracking
✔ Maintain and update product & vendor master databases
✔ Conduct market visits for competitor analysis, pricing, and trend monitoring
✔ Support category gap analysis and identify innovation opportunities
✔ Prepare monthly reports on SKU performance, margins, and category contribution
✔ Coordinate inventory allocation and replenishment with warehouses/distributors
✔ Track shipments, manage documentation, and ensure smooth receiving processes
✔ Monitor stock levels to prevent stock-outs of high-demand products
✔ Develop product catalogs and technical sheets
✔ Coordinate samples, testers, and POS material distribution
✔ Ensure product listing accuracy across digital platforms
🎯 Candidate Requirements:
🔸 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain
🔸 1–2 years of experience in FMCG, Retail, or Distribution (Beauty/Personal Care preferred)
🔸 Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards)
🔸 Excellent communication and coordination skills
🔸 Experience with BI/DX tools for data analysis and reporting will be a plus
