๐น Position: Category Executive โ Personal Care
๐ Key Responsibilities:
โ Assist Category Manager in end-to-end development of new SKUs (concept to launch)
โ Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product development tracking
โ Maintain and update product & vendor master databases
โ Conduct market visits for competitor analysis, pricing, and trend monitoring
โ Support category gap analysis and identify innovation opportunities
โ Prepare monthly reports on SKU performance, margins, and category contribution
โ Coordinate inventory allocation and replenishment with warehouses/distributors
โ Track shipments, manage documentation, and ensure smooth receiving processes
โ Monitor stock levels to prevent stock-outs of high-demand products
โ Develop product catalogs and technical sheets
โ Coordinate samples, testers, and POS material distribution
โ Ensure product listing accuracy across digital platforms
๐ฏ Candidate Requirements:
๐ธ Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain
๐ธ 1โ2 years of experience in FMCG, Retail, or Distribution (Beauty/Personal Care preferred)
๐ธ Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards)
๐ธ Excellent communication and coordination skills
๐ธ Experience with BI/DX tools for data analysis and reporting will be a plus
