Kapra Coast is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead their people function, strengthen HR systems, and drive organizational performance in Karachi. This is a senior-level full-time position.

Experience Required: 8 to 12+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or export-oriented industries. Proven experience managing large workforce environments. Strong exposure to industrial relations, compliance, and organizational development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM) will be an advantage. Core competencies include strategic HR leadership, workforce planning, industrial relations, labor law compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and HR analytics.
