Position: Floor Manager – Fashion & Textile

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Fashion, Apparel, Textile, Footwear, or Lifestyle Retail.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, inventory management, and sales performance.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance across Fashion & Textile categories.
• Ensure effective visual merchandising and implementation of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Manage inventory, stock availability, shrinkage control, and stock accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop departmental teams to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Monitor customer service standards and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
