πŸ”Ž Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
β€’ Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention
β€’ Oversee performance management systems, appraisals, and employee development programs
β€’ Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
β€’ Handle employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures professionally
β€’ Report HR metrics and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making

βœ… Requirements:
β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β€’ Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
β€’ Good understanding of HR operations and labor laws
β€’ Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
β€’ Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
β€’ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
β€’ HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) will be an added advantage

πŸŽ“ Qualifications & Experience:
β€’ Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
β€’ 3–5 Years of relevant experience
