Maintain/update existing employee records / Document verifications
Talent acquisition and workforce planning
Setting up HR policies, processes, and documentation, employee handbook, and SOPs
Managing HR operations (contracts, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, resignations, offboarding, and exit interviews)
Collect and document feedback to ensure timely revocation of access
Structuring and managing employee benefits (gratuity, provident fund, medical, and other statutory benefits)
Coordinate with the relevant units for soft skill training sessions and internal knowledge sharing
Support internal surveys and HR audits as needed
Supporting performance management, employee relations, and compliance requirements
Support the relevant department heads in creating and tracking employee goals and KPIs.
