Position: Admin Supervisor – Administration & Security
OMI Hospital invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals to oversee and streamline daily administrative and security operations efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Graduate degree
-
3–4 years of experience in Hospital, Hotel, or similar industry
-
Armed Forces background preferred
-
Mandatory computer skills (MS Office & Excel)
-
Strong supervisory and team management skills
-
Ability to manage outsourced staff and enforce SOP compliance
Key Responsibilities:
-
Supervise Housekeeping, Linen & Laundry, Transport, and Security operations
-
Conduct routine rounds to ensure cleanliness, discipline, and service efficiency
-
Monitor outsourced workforce attendance and performance
-
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
-
Maintain daily reports and submit operational updates
-
Handle minor disciplinary matters and escalate issues when required
-
Coordinate with Admin Manager / Assistant Manager for operational improvements
