Position: Admin Supervisor – Administration & Security

OMI Hospital invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals to oversee and streamline daily administrative and security operations efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Graduate degree

  • 3–4 years of experience in Hospital, Hotel, or similar industry

  • Armed Forces background preferred

  • Mandatory computer skills (MS Office & Excel)

  • Strong supervisory and team management skills

  • Ability to manage outsourced staff and enforce SOP compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Housekeeping, Linen & Laundry, Transport, and Security operations

  • Conduct routine rounds to ensure cleanliness, discipline, and service efficiency

  • Monitor outsourced workforce attendance and performance

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

  • Maintain daily reports and submit operational updates

  • Handle minor disciplinary matters and escalate issues when required

  • Coordinate with Admin Manager / Assistant Manager for operational improvements
