Job Role
- Oversee HR activities of daily operations
- Payroll administration & compliance
- Employee onboarding & talent acquisition activities
- Conduct training for different departments in coordination with the training team
- Maintain employee filing systems
- Participate in the development of HR objectives & systems
- Visit different cities within assigned zones
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HRM, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- MS Excel proficiency
- Presentation skills
- Positive attitude
