Key Responsibilities

• Upload, schedule, and manage video content on YouTube
• Ensure all content complies with copyright policies and platform guidelines
• Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum reach
• Monitor video performance and recommend growth strategies
• Coordinate with content teams to ensure timely publishing
• Maintain organized content workflows and publishing schedules

Key Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• 1–2 years of experience in VOD, YouTube management, or digital content
• Strong understanding of YouTube policies, guidelines, and analytics
• Knowledge of content optimization, metadata, and SEO best practices
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills
• Basic video editing skills will be an added advantage
