What You’ll Do:
Review edited videos for audio jerks, sync issues, abrupt cuts, and technical glitches
Check captions for spelling, grammar, timing, and readability
Ensure B-roll fits context, retakes blend smoothly, and visuals hook viewers
Analyze pacing, engagement, music sync, and client instructions
Give clear feedback to editors and maintain branding consistency

Must-Haves:
Video editing/post-production background
Strong English skills + Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects expertise
Keen eye for continuity, pacing, B-roll, and music emotion
Detail-obsessed with deadline-driven mindset

Bonus Points:
Short-form content experience (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
