• Proven experience in field sales (preferably in the food industry)
• Strong understanding of distribution & market dynamics
• Experience handling IMT/LMT accounts (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in route planning & territory management tools

• Achieve assigned territory sales targets
• Manage distributors & key accounts (IMT/LMT)
• Ensure product availability & strong market coverage
• Lead and supervise the regional sales team
• Prepare sales reports & forecasts
• Monitor market trends & competitor activity
