Position: Technician

Responsibilities:

  • After completing work on each complaint, provide detailed feedback on the job card and inform the Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor if further action is required.
  • Receive all relevant complaints from the Supervisor or FDO / CSO and, after completing each task, submit them individually to the Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor.
  • Deposit all collected amounts (home visit charges and repair payments) daily to the Supervisor or Accountant.
  • Provide complete reports and feedback regarding complaint attendance and completion to the Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor for further necessary action.
  • Submit all faulty or replaced spare parts to the store on a daily basis, along with complaint number and full details.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • DAE / Technical Diploma / ITI or relevant certification
  • Minimum qualification: Matric or Intermediate
  • 1 to 3 years of experience (in home appliance repair or servicing)
