You will lead mechanical design engineers + ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฝ resources (๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, ๐ช๐ฒ๐น๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด, ๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ด๐น๐ฎ๐๐, ๐ช๐ผ๐ผ๐ฑ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด, ๐๐๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐น๐) while coordinating closely with procurement, production, and other engineering teams.

โข Strong project ownership and delivery track record

โข Comfortable working alongside design engineers and workshop trades without needing to do the design work yourself

โข Own end-to-end engineering & workshop projects (kickoff โ design coordination โ prototyping โ testing โ production handover)

โข Drive project planning, risk management, progress tracking, and clear documentation
โข Plan daily/weekly workshop activities and track material requirements & productivity
โข Coordinate with ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฐ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐, vendors, and production teams, and escalate issues early

โข Bachelorโs degree in ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น Engineering
โข Proven experience managing engineers and/or workshop/multidisciplinary teams
โข Strong ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐, prioritization, and problem-solving ability
โข Working knowledge of engineering drawings, BOMs, and basic manufacturing processes
