𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
– To be responsible for ID management of financial and non-financial applications
– To be responsible for providing smooth operational support
– To coordinate with the cross functional teams while performing successful system patches and data fixing deployments
– To escalate any bottlenecks within the processes with concern vendor(s)
– To ensure investigation and resolution of incidents in a timely manner
– To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).
– Basic knowledge of front-end and back-end programming language, SQL, Oracle forms.
– Good business understanding
– Good analyst skills to identify the root cause of issue(s)
