𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
– Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of supply chain activities.
– Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage procurement processes to ensure timely availability of materials and products.
– Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
– Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
– Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance, and assist in contract negotiations.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
– Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, including KPIs, inventory turns, and cost savings.
– Collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
– Resolve issues related to logistics, inventory discrepancies, and supplier performance promptly.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations roles, preferably within the FMCG Industry.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Knowledge of supply chain best practices and relevant industry regulations.
