STEP Schools – Thokar Niaz Baig Campus, in collaboration with Punjab Colleges, is seeking an experienced and passionate Subject Lead to join our academic team.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in the relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching/academic leadership experience.
• Preferred: B.Ed. qualification.
• Also Eligible: Candidates holding a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field may apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership for subject development within and beyond the school.
• Lead curriculum planning, teaching strategies, and assessment practices.
• Ensure quality standards and successful academic outcomes.
• Support the Head of School in maintaining excellence in teaching and learning.
• Assist in allocating teaching responsibilities and managing academic activities as delegated by the Head of School.
