WE’RE HIRING – SR. MANAGER, PRINTING
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Sr. Manager – Printing to lead our garment printing operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all technical and operational aspects of garment printing, including processes, colors, designs, and production parameters.
Ensure accurate color matching as per buyer samples, Pantone standards, and bulk requirement
Troubleshoot printing issues including shade variation, cracking, bleeding, poor adhesion, and wash-fastness failures.
Develop and standardize printing recipes, SOPs, and processes to improve quality, efficiency, and consistency.
Manage production planning, manpower, machine capacity, productivity, and delivery performance while coordinating with PPC, Quality, IE, Maintenance, and Production teams.
Job Specifications
Graduation in Textile.
10–15 years of relevant experience in Garment Printing – Technical & Operations.
Strong hands-on expertise in Screen Printing, Pigments, Special Effects, Color Matching, Ink/Chemical Selection, Screen Preparation, and Print Quality Troubleshooting.
Knowledge of OEKO-TEX, ZDHC/MRSL, buyer requirements, and chemical management standards.
