  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle β€” onboarding, training & development, engagement, performance evaluation, and offboarding.

  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and performance coaching.

  • Monitor and manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and HR budgets to ensure competitiveness and compliance.

  • Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to guide strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
