Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly line loading, cutting, and printing plans according to approved T&A schedules.
• Prepare and review capacity vs. booking analysis to identify overbooking or underbooking issues.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources to improve operational efficiency and meet customer orders on time.
• Monitor overall production progress and ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
• Formulate, implement, and review production enhancement strategies.
• Manage WIP (Work in Progress) control and lean manufacturing implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant PPC experience in the knitwear/garment manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of CPM and CPP calculation and implementation.
