𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Fresh – 1 year

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

1. Gather and document business requirements
2. Translate needs into user stories & process flows
3. Analyze current systems & recommend improvements
4. Facilitate clear communication between teams
5. Support testing & change management

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience in software projects as Business Analyst
3. Strong analytical & communication skills
4. Familiarity with Agile, JIRA/Azure DevOps, SDLC
5. Bonus: Experience in finance, healthcare, or e-commerce
