Timings: 12 PM to 9 PM (Monday to Friday).
We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to lead recruitment and build strong talent pipelines. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to connect people with opportunities. You’ll play a key role in scaling our teams, strengthening our employer brand, and directly contributing to business growth.
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines for technical and business roles.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions quickly.
• Plan and organize recruitment drives, assessments, and interview rounds.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and prepare regular hiring reports.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record in managing multiple roles and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, ATS, or recruitment platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to HR software is a plus.
