Job title: Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore (Onsite)
Experience: 3+ years
Education: BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Timings: 12 PM to 9 PM (Monday to Friday).

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to lead recruitment and build strong talent pipelines. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to connect people with opportunities. You’ll play a key role in scaling our teams, strengthening our employer brand, and directly contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities
β€’ Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
β€’ Develop and maintain strong pipelines for technical and business roles.
β€’ Design and execute creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
β€’ Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions quickly.
β€’ Plan and organize recruitment drives, assessments, and interview rounds.
β€’ Maintain accurate candidate records and prepare regular hiring reports.
β€’ Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.

Requirements
β€’ 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
β€’ Proven track record in managing multiple roles and meeting deadlines.
β€’ Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
β€’ Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, ATS, or recruitment platforms.
β€’ Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to HR software is a plus.
