Soft Standards is hiring a 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐭.𝐣𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 (Remote).

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
– 7+ years of strong React.js experience
– Excellent English communication with EU/US client-facing exposure
– Very strong technical skills (architecture, performance, debugging, problem-solving)
– Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) with solid fundamentals
– Must be available to join next week (before Jan 1)

𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤: React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, Redux/Context, REST APIs, Git

Work hours: 5pm – 2am
Salary Package: 400k – 500k (without tax deduction)
