Soft Standards is hiring a ๐’๐ž๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ซ ๐‘๐ž๐š๐œ๐ญ.๐ฃ๐ฌ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ (Remote).

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
– 7+ years of strong React.js experience
– Excellent English communication with EU/US client-facing exposure
– Very strong technical skills (architecture, performance, debugging, problem-solving)
– Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) with solid fundamentals
– Must be available to join next week (before Jan 1)

๐“๐ž๐œ๐ก ๐’๐ญ๐š๐œ๐ค: React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, Redux/Context, REST APIs, Git

Work hours: 5pm – 2am
Salary Package: 400k – 500k (without tax deduction)
