1. Senior Manager – Supply Chain Accounting & Finance
Location: Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee supply chain accounting, sales reconciliation, SAP postings, principal payments, and agency stock reconciliation.
Monitor trade receivables, credit limits, overdue balances, and recovery plans to ensure effective credit control.
Manage customer and principal claims, ensuring timely verification, resolution, settlement, and reconciliation.
Strengthen internal controls, ensure SOP compliance, and mitigate financial risks, discrepancies, and revenue leakage.
Enhance SAP Business One reporting through Crystal Reports, cost centers, dimensions, distribution rules, and automation.
Drive finance transformation, process improvement, and the establishment of robust accounting and control systems for new business operations.
Requirements:
CA Inter / CA Finalist.
7–10 years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in SAP Business One is mandatory.
2. Regional Sales Manager (North)
Location: Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Expand retail coverage, market penetration, and distribution networks.
Ensure product availability and effective route-to-market execution.
Lead, coach, and monitor sales teams to improve productivity.
Monitor credit exposure, outstanding payments, and recoveries.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure effective use of digital sales tools, reporting systems, and dashboards.
Coordinate with Demand Fulfilment and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
7–10 years of experience in FMCG sales and distribution.
Strong knowledge of General Trade (GT), retail distribution, and market expansion.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing regional operations.
